The Annual General Meeting of Nekkar ASA (the "Company") was held today Thursday, 28 May 2026 at 12:00 CEST at the Company's offices in Kristiansand, Norway. All items on the agenda were approved by the general meeting in accordance with the meeting notice, which was published in the stock exchange release dated 4 May 2026.
