Skeie Kappa Invest AS, a company controlled directly by Trym Skeie, the Chairman of the Board in Nekkar ASA and primary insider, has on 28th of January 2021 purchased 250 000 shares in Nekkar ASA, at NOK 6.9 per share, from Skeie Alpha Invest AS which is also controlled by Trym Skeie.
After the transaction, the number of shares in Nekkar ASA owned by Trym Skeie, directly or through his directly controlled company, is 1 428 939.
Indirectly, Trym Skeie holds 23,5% of the voting shares and 23,5% of the capital in Skeie Technology AS and Skeie Capital Investment AS, which in sum holds 31 475 823 shares in Nekkar ASA.
